That is a run to remember - 12 consecutive wins!!!! The lads have shown everyone in the League that they have Skill, Stamina, and bags of Determination..... I'm sure this new record will stand for a long while.
One of those days. We were better team first half; Dover second half - a draw would have been fair. Dover changed it around second half and caused us a lot of problems - they'll be near the top come the end of the season.
A few players were out of sorts today, but there was no lack of effort. Despite being battered second half, we had chances of the equaliser towards the end. Players looked properly gutted to have lost, but we should be proud of all they've done in recent months. Let's hope they bounce back in style next match. COYW!
Oh, and the fact that the Dover players did a lap of honour at the end of the match demonstrates just how much other teams want to beat us at the moment.
Unlucky Welling today! been on a brilliant run but they all have to come to a end!
I'm sure Welling will bounce back from this there too good not to!
Dover no doubt will be in the mix but Wings still have great chance to win the league. And for what all the club has been through in the last few years just still to be competing at the top let alone promotion is amazing!
It was always going to end sometime and of course it always hurts to lose to Dover, but the players have been fantastic in what they have done so far this season.
Supporters need to be realisitic - there is a hell of a long way to go with lots of twists and turns - so maybe this is a reality check, but we are in a great position. I know this group of players will be focused on giving everything they can and nothing will be for the want of trying.
Congratulations on the breaking the record, bad luck on today and lets get back to it on Tuesday.
Thought the ref did ok yesterday apart from 2 things, the 2 should have gone for the tackle on Kiernan, even Chris Kinnear threw his head in his hands instantly when the tackle was made, he also missed a handball in the 2nd equaliser by Simpember which clearly contributed to the goal as it went to Willock off his hand. Ref didnt cost us the game though and had a reasonable game, apparantly we had him at Hayes away this season aswell.

Yes the run had to end, but we have all just witnessed BSB South history being made over the last 12 games, which may never happen again for a while or even in our lifetime ever again. Well done to the team and hopefully on Satuirday (weatther permitting) start again and sing two games in a row.

I thought we were excellent for most of the first half and should have been more than one goal ahead. One Joe was sheer class YET AGAIN and had that first goal been scored by a Premiership player, Sky Sports would have been drooling about it for weeks. We started the second half quite well but the equaliser changed the game completely. Dover were on top for the last half hour although I think a draw at the end of the game would have been the right result.
A minor setback but if we play like we did in the first half then we will have no problems for the rest of the season.
Credit to everyone on the management and playing side for a fantastic run and let's hope we can kick on again at Sutton (weather permitting....)
Disappointing that we missed a bit of an opportunity today, but the run had to end sometime. It's probably best that it ends on a day when Salisbury also lose, as if they'd won on the same day they would feel that the momentum is with them. It was also against a decent side where 3 points is anything but a certainty.
I felt we played reasonably well but not brilliantly in the first half, but second half we allowed Dover's manager time to work us out. After he ran himself into the ground on Tuesday I felt that leaving Clarkie on for 90 minutes was a mistake, with half an hour to go he looked to be treading water. In Kurtis' absence we seem to have changed from a 4-4-2 to a 4-5-1 (albeit with Kiernan cutting inside and drifting around at times) - this doesn't make sense to me when we're probably paying Jon Main 250 quid per week to sit on the bench and make a cameo appearance for a couple of minutes when the result has already been decided.
Whilst we weren't dominating midfield in the second half - and bringing a striker on for a midfielder wouldn't have helped with that - we weren't giving them enough to think about going the other way. Ross, as usual, was working extremely hard and brought the ball down well a good 7 or 8 times in the second half - unfortunately he had nobody nearby to play it to.
Ricky Modeste, as much as he dives around like Tom Daley, did cause us problems and kept Obo pinned back in the second half which certainly helped reduce our attacking threat.

Bit harsh on Clarkie, I think. He was in the thick of it throughout the second half especially and had two chances to equalise near the end.
Would you sing 12 wins in a quick succession ? - the point I was making we have finshed the run and now lets pick ourselves up and start again starting tonight.
