Farnborough manager Spencer Day was disappointed to see his side come away from Park View Road with nothing in a 2-0 defeat to Welling United who he felt pushed the limits to get the win:

My recollection is that they had two shots, with one on target (and that only came about from a corner that Motty gifted to them), in the whole game. First half was fairly even, second half we were absolutely dominant - and the last I checked games are played over 90 minutes.
They were equal until we scored, never felt they were battering us at any stage. Hes a passionate manager for supposedly one of the richest men in the country.
