Having studied my shift pattern for next year in depth it unfortunately looks like I'll be missing quite a few matches next year.
I'd like to make the most of the matches I do attend and would be keen to use the Executive lounge on a match by match basis. However the current cheapest way to do this is by Match Ball sponsorship which is £150+VAT and is for three people.
Could the club not introduce a system next season whereby people can get a pair of executive lounge passes for £X, as having to go in threes can be tricky. Especially if I just want to bring the missus or a mate and end up having to bring my mum when I'm stuck for a third....
I also appreciate that there are only a limited number of tables in the executive lounge, which if there is 'congestion' in there already (if someone could shed light on that please), then I can see why this initiative could be tricky to implement.
Like I say I'm absolutely gutted as the Executive Lounge season ticket Early Bird offer at £370 (£16 a game in BSP) is an absolute bargain, considering you'd have to pay £1000's for something similar to that at Charlton or Millwall.
Plus considering the average BSP ticket is £15, you're getting the seat, programme, food and coffee for an extra quid!
I could be wrong (am often am) but I was under the impression it was possible to upgrade to the Executive Lounge on a match by match basis. I only thought this as I can remember seeing away support there a few years ago. I am sure Barrie can confirm or deny this if you give him a quick bell. Or maybe Paul knows the answer?
Re Charlton, my mates tickets in the Greenwich lounge cost about 2.5 gand each. Still tying to get him to Welling :)

Thanks for that guys. They need to advertise that a bit more. The club's missing out on quite a bit of revenue, as I'm sure plenty of others will not know the Executive Lounge tickets are available on a match by match basis.
The Executive Lounge was demolished back in 2012 and was replaced by the Eric Brackstone Suite. Looking through the window it seems to be full of unsavoury characters. Who in their right mind would want to sit at a table reading through the match day programme whilst having a quiet cup of tea/coffee before the game. Or failing that, getting a pint at the bar without queuing up then returning to their seat and have an enjoyable conversation about the club/football. Give me the freezing cold and the pushing in to get to the bar anytime.
