Morning Champions (never tire of using that - I still bore Mrs Sherpa by putting on Sky Sports News and waiting until the Conference South table comes round. She's in for a long summer, the poor gal.)
Who do you want to win Sunday's Play-Off Final? Salisbury City or Dover and why and maybe also a prediction from you please.
I thought they were both good teams this season. Dover would be a nice derby, obviously. I thought they were a better side and they had a nightmare with the weather and abandonments. Has extra time in their semi-final punnished them? I still reckon they'll settle it 2-0 or 3-1.
The second best home team in the league against the one with the best away record. I suspect Dover will not be too upset about being away from home for the final.
Could be a tight one and go all the way but I will go for a 2-1 home win (aet)
They had an away bar last week for Chelmo game, No away bar on Sunday, Dover fans not allowed in club bar, nearest bar 1.5 miles away. Will be interesting to see what other stunts they pull to annoy Dover before kick off.

Dover for me......1-1 after 90 mins.....3-1 after et......
Sorry...just can't stand Salisbury!!!
Also pennies are of the essence and we would get far more Dover fans at PVR than the 3 me and a parrot that Salisbury bring. I don't buy the xmas fixture bit.....Dartford game at PVR will be very busy whenever it is
Given the winding up order against Salisbury I can see Dover winning by a large margin, as Salisbury players will not want to get stuck in and risk broken legs for a club that may not exist this time next year....

I think this is really difficult to call - Salisbury did come second but I actually thought Dover were the best side we played. In the end I feel (and hope) that Salisbury sneak it - 2-1 I reckon

Yeah alright, in reality then, 2-2 and Salisbury to win on penalties.
Just sit back, its probably best if Salisbury win FOR US, then we get a good gate vs Dartford, slag them off but they will bring 800 plus.
Whoever loses , just read their forum after for the seethe-fest of the season.
I think this is right. Dartford will bring a lot whenever the game is but a Christmas/New Year game would mean a lot more than a Tuesday night in November.
