Hello,Quick reminder that there are a few spaces left on the Wrexham coach. Please message me for details. Let's try to get as many people there as possible for the first game to really support the team.
For those already going, the coach is leaving dead on 8am so please make sure you are there on time. There is a toilet on board so there won't be any planned stops on route (as there are 2 drivers for the coach). Feel free to bring food, drink etc but please no alcohol, as the coach companies can get fined which will be passed onto us. The coach is leaving at 5,30pm after the game so with a good drive you should be back at PVR around 10pm.
Final point is about the Hereford coach. Please put your names down on the thread at the top of the page if interested. I'm more than happy to organise coaches but we can't be losing money on them so it's up to you all to support this scheme where possible. If we get 30 people for the Hereford coach the cost will be approx £30-£33 per person, for 35 people £25-£28. For 40 people, the cost will be approx £22-25. Discounts will apply for children and WUS members. We need at least 30-40 names by the end of the Kidderminster game on the 17th August so please register your interest in the link at the top of the page, via email to me, or at the WUSA desk at the games vs Cambridge or Grimsby. As you know people will look at train prices 3 months before games to snap up fares for 25 - 40 quid.
Might be an idea to try and post coach details before those cheap fares for trains come on line. If we have exec coaches we might fill a few. Just a suggestion. WUSA coaches are a great idea for those games that get re arranged in midweek where the trains are stupid money at short notice. I think the rearranged trips will see coach(es) fill.
Also there is space for WUSA on the official site, an ideal chance to take bookings for coaches and events etc. Could be something to discuss at the next committee meeting as have requested info from WUSA but none has arrived.

Tables - No. Once you start adding in things like tables,WiFi etc the cost of the coach goes from about £20 to £30 per person up to £45 - £50 if not more.
