A sunny afternoon in downtown Kidbrooke and as I could not make Hereford today I took the short trip to Broad Walk to see the Reserves/Under 21 develpment team.

The team plays on the 4G astro turf pitch and charge £2 entry which includes the team sheet. 17 players listed for the wings but none for wood as they never sent any names through! I appeared to be the only actual fan there in the crowd of about 12-others being relatives friends etc. 

This was only the third game for the team and they certainly came out fighting. By 7 minutes they were 2 nil up. Although they conceeded 2 silly goals they were always ahead and won 5 - 2. IMHO some pretty impresive passing football from a group who are learning their trade. I would not be surprised to see some of the lads today on the bench on Tuesday.
