They had the video that night sent to them in HD with slow mo, i didnt think it was a red card as it was one footed and he seemed to slip a bit, they obviously decided they didnt want to pay £300 to find out if the FA agreed with them. I think it was a yellow for sure but a harsh red imo.

The suspension is still showing on the FA's website. Presumably they didn't appeal after all despite all the on and off pitch protests? If Paul Lambert can be fined for his comments then surely Mikey Harris should be for his: "To go down to 10 men before half-time for a sending-off which was never a sending-off..."

Paul Lambert was right :) Cant see them appealing it now. Have they already missed the appeal cut off point?
I think Lambert got fined because he questioned the integrity of the referee by suggesting a bias "I'm pretty sure [a penalty] would have been given at the other end," he added. Had he said "I'm pretty sure a penalty should have been awarded to us and the referee got it wrong," he probably would have got away with it.
