One late challenge aside, Fazakerley was brilliant today.
We might have snatched a win, but I'm pretty happy with a point today!

A good point at this time at a ground where we haven't been great in the past.

Thanks for the updates Moo much appreciated. Have a good and safe journey back.

Roll on Tuesday!

Ross got Man of the Match narrowly from Kurtis from the travelling Media and club representatives.

Interesting comments from their manager. They were " so comfortable and have given away 2 points " apparently

Weve had more shots, more shots on target, more corners, more possession and committed less fouls ( Source: http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/23999685 ) but he saw it differently obviously.

Sometimes you cannot believe people watch the same game.

No Hudson today? Is Harry Beautyman still injured?

In Jamie's interview he says Hudson had a tight hamstring, and will possibly be back on Tuesday.  Sounds like Beautyman could be a couple of weeks away.

Thanks Moo, I'll watch the videos a bit later.  It has been quite a long haul for Harry B - weeks out after barely one-and-a-half appearances.

Great performance by the lads. Would have taken a point before the game but afterwards it felt like 2 points lost. Southport looked rattled the last 15 minutes. Once again showed we can compete at this level. Agree with Jamie regarding finishing. We have seen how teams like Wrexham and Hereford pounce on any mistake or half chance and we need to try and up the conversion rate.

Roscoe and Franks stand outs for me but no-one had a bad game.
