LOL hes on his way out, I think hes been left out of squads when hes been fit. I think its just spin from Money about getting games IMHO, Money doesnt fancy him.... again IMHO.

Ebbsfleet have got a top player at that level who may even keep Brown his job, We may never know if he could have done it at our level. If he had stayed with us we would have found out.

We cant afford him as hes used to a higher wage now that only Ebbsfleet and Dover and the like can afford outside the Conference.

Good luck Pughy.

I agree that we shouldn't spend beyond our means and that he will be wasted at Skrill South level.

However if there is any room for manoeuvre re squad and/or wages then I think we would be foolish to ignore such a talented player....

You know where the Boost The Budget bucket in the club shop is...

Let's see how he get'a on at Ebbsfleet this month and then pass judgement.

He's on a full-time salary. I can't see him stepping back down to part-time, unless he's pushed. If Pugh did come back I'd want it to be because he wanted to play for us, not just for the sake of it and out of desperation.

Well, Cant say i'm surprised. He has been out of action for a while. He obviously thinks he is good enough to PLAY first team football somewhere, so on that account, good luck to him. Do hope he ends up back at PVR again. O Andy Pugh! Andy Andy Andy Pugh

If we could afford him im sure he would have come back, Ebbsfleet still have to pay his wages on loan.

On financial grounds its highly unlikely unless he takes a pay cut and Jamie wants him and he shows he still has it after lots of injury niggles and being out of favour at Cambridge.

Great player for us just a shame how its turning out. I hope he scores sackloads for Ebbsfleet then comes back to us and shows everyone he can do it at this level. I am pleased he never went to Dartford as they were interested in him.

He'll need a new pair of boots to cope with Gravesend's sticky pitch...

Wouldn't rule Pugh never coming back, will all depend on what he's offered when his contract is up, we would have to wait till then and see. Although the team are scoring plenty!

Think he is wearing some from Teflon Russ. A terrific player for us in three spells. Thought we got a good deal at the time and my only doubt about him is his size and whether he would get bullied out of it at this level.
I hope he scores a shed load for Fleet because he is a decent bloke who deserves to get his career back on track. Apparently they are making lots of chances and not converting - I fancy he will sort that out.

It's not always easy to fit into a new team and make an impression in just one month. He would not get bullied out of anything at this level or higher.

Pugh would be a nice Christmas present from the boost the budget bucket, but in Jamie we trust. We say all this after 5 different players hit five earlier this week! Day is obviously starting to work his magic on chances taken v goal conversion rate.

As has been said, we're scoring plenty of goals. Whilst I loved Pughey, at this point I'm not sure we should or would bend over to get him in
