Kurtis having a better half forces a corner. The resulting corner goes straight into their keeper's hands.

Since we scored there's suddenly a lot of urgency in Tamworth's play, having spent the earlier part of the game doing everything as slowly as possible.

Guthrie booked for a very late challenge, in a dangerous position.

Pressure by Pires forces a corner. Now that was close, saved on the line, I think by their keeper.

Corner by Tamworth results in a free header that goes just wide.

Guthrie and Gallagher (apart from that foul) have been excellent today, but I reckon MOTM should be Cargill.

Just been announced that Fraser got the official MOTM.

Good result today. Proves every game isnt easy. Good victory, up to 6th place! Good shifts put in by Loick, Clarke and Fraser. Hard to chose a MotM for today. First half was a bit of a bore but good effort and great win!

Absolutely brilliant run down the left by young Cargill then an inch perfect pass for Pires to score the 2nd.

Tamworth definitely favoured the long ball but Faz, Obo, Franks and Cargill more than up to the job.

Both sides had chances and both goalkeepers were superb today which is more than we can say about the officials.

This weeks attendance is accurate - but there is no way there were only 200 more people there for Barnet last week.

Today's performance was very good, had we been more clinical it could have been 3 or 4. Good to keep a clean sheet. Thought the centre backs, Joe Healy and Kurtis were all excellent. Loick also put in the best shift I've seen from him since he came back. Very encouraging all round, and we deserve to be where we are.

Baily Cargill is some player. Absolutely outstanding. Fraser is getting better and better. Every player has out performed what I ever would of expected. This team should be proud of what they've achieved so far. Well done Jamie and all the coaching staff. Well done ALL the players. BRILLIANT!!!

Too be honest, even though our team and players are out-performing over my expectations, it was one of the most comfortable afternoons at pvr for me. Although they had a few chances, to me the three points were never in doubt. I guess Belfords comments are to give hope to their fans who didn't travel and see it for real.

Not quite. Forest Gump have 28, then Luton and us are on 26. That puts Welling United in the same bracket as the two clubs with the highest budgets (allegedly).

All four players mentioned on merit could have been named as MOTM, Jakes booking was fair, but I think this happens to a player with his level of commitment, our midfielders tackle to win the ball and set up attack play. With Jake, his strength in a tackle can look fierce but I don't think he is malicious.

The good thing is the number of players that are seen as possible MOTM.

For me Guthrie worked hard and made good runs and created space for others.

All considered a good all round team performance.

Loves his son a bit too much I think.

If you look at the Wiki pic of him from 2008 and then the size of him yesterday I think you'll establish all you need to know about why he isn't a football league keeper.
