Where did you see that? I wonder how they would fit in another 2,400. Their capacity is 3,000.

Did we let them borrow the Welling United attendance calculator?

700 is correct.

Its a trick of the eye. Very few seats, no terracing so everyone was crowded to the front - made it look like a lot more.

I don't see how they would fit another 2,300 in although I think that 700 would have been around the right sort of figure.

My Sunday paper said 600 - seemed on the low side.

Just seen how c**p the Stewards were. Absolutely Pathetic. Its not hard to see the 3 or 4 people who set of smokebombs with the terracing only going back 3 rows. And the bloke who pitch invaded ended up standing virtually right in front of the stewards afterwards, chuckling with them. A shame really to take the shine off a big game for both clubs....O well....Thats why I dont like Bristol City :)

Apologies for dragging this on but from the Brislington website:

fourth round qualifying game was worth £12,500 to the winner and attracted a record crowd of 600 people to Ironmould Lane.

mmmmm (which isn't from their website)

Possibly 600 paying with 100 non payers such as comps and kids not being shown
