U 16's return to their winning ways and now lie 3rd in league. League stats so far suggest that this is best place they can finish but there is still time for others to slip up.
Under 18's
Was a match against Fisher when I looked up January fixtures at the beginning of the month but it had been removed from list when I just checked. Looking at football mitoo site it appears Fisher Athletic U 18's (North) may have folded as they have not fulfilled a league fixture since 13 November 2005 and have subsequently conceded games in Cup competitions. They are however still listed in the league table. We presumably lose the point we got against them in October if they have folded. If Barry Jeffrey reads this he may be able to shed some light on the situation.

It was 2.1 actually a very good match. Rishi the Welling forward was excellent and scored two cracking goals and a tremendous team performance ensured that they won. A very tight league this year with teams all beating each other but Welling have certainly improved this year.
Apologies - don't know what happened there I've got 0-2 on my pad but checking mitoo again today it says 1-2. Still a great result.
Its not quite as rosy as you paint as there are still two unbeaten sides, Thamesmead and Bromley, who look odds on to finish 1st and 2nd but as I said before there is still time for them to slip up and it would be great if we were in a position to take advantage.

Yes, sorry - i meant U18's. Angels also had a player sent off, i believe we are appealing that decision as even your club didn't understand why! An incident the ref alone thought he saw....
I see - Welling United U16 3 v 1 Belvedere Youth U16
Do you know what the position is re Fisher U18's? I don't know the rules and regulations of KYL but see that Erith Town were awarded 3 points today. I would hate to see us lose what could be a very precious point at the very end of the season.

The Welling u16 beat Belvedere 3:1 on Sunday. A solid result in difficult conditions. They are still improving each week and have now added some consistency.
