Details on Woking forum-seems like he was well liked. Maidstone must have paid a reasonable fee I guess

He has links at Maidstone through his coaching but i'm very surprised. I know last summer had offers from at least 2 league clubs so for him to drop down is very strange.

Far far too good for that level.

I can why the move has happened as it must suit him on a work front. However, in my opinion, it doesn't say a lot for his personal ambitions in the game.

Still only 24 so yes the drop down the league is strange unless he had trouble with the commitments between the clubs time wise. He also hasn't played regularly of late according to the Woking forum.

The of course the sceptics may say its a money thing or that Maidstone are that old phrase " a sleeping giant "

Can only think he believes he can go further as a coach/manager than he could as a player. Opportunity to do both and earn a lot more than he would here, can't say I blame him.

Why drop down to that level when you are only 24. A waste of talent, can't be that ambitious.

A bit of a surprise but know he is very heavily involved in his coaching, he has to do what is best for him.

A top bloke who I always thought was mature beyond his age when I spoke to him.

Can only wish him all the best. Perhaps he is readying himself for PVR dugout in a few years!
