Oh good. They'll be getting a torrent of abuse from me.

As if to prove their bias and contempt to Welling ... Why was it not also posted by them on our forum?

Probably because the co-commentator with Peter Guise is a regular

on the Darts forum. So don't expect the most balanced of contributions.

Matt Cole, BBC Kent's Sports Producer e-mailed me to say they haven't

the funds to cover Welling games, so they must have gone down the

back of the sofa for the fuel for the seven miles from Dartford for this one.

From the BBC Sport live football page:

Crystal Palace is on then, but the weather has laid waste to plenty of games across the Football League. Here's a round up of which matches ARE OFF.

Championship

Yeovil v Watford

League One

Leyton Orient v Bristol City

Stevenage v Gillingham

Swindon v Crawley

League Two

Bristol Rovers v Cheltenham

Exeter v Wycombe

Newport v Oxford

Northampton v Chesterfield

Conference

Braintree v Cambridge

Chester v Southport

Hereford v Kidderminster

Salisbury v Woking

We really don't exist in their eyes

So its yet another excuse from BBC Kent, they don't have the funds to cover our matches, what will they do if maybe Dover & Ebbsfleet win promotion & Da*tford stay up, unlikely I know, but possible, im sure the funds will soon be made available.

But the BBC as a whole have the contract to provide radio coverage of conference premier sides, most sides get excellent coverage, with at least reporters at all there matches, if not full commentary's, the exception seems to be us & Barnet, now the BBC holds the budget, we need to know how they distribute this budget, why does their appear to be no budget for us? if BBC London hold the budget they are certainly not spending it on us, most of the time there commentary's are the same as Radio 5 live, great choice  for listeners that is.

The BBC as a whole need to provide some answers

My complaint to them remains on the table, their 10 working day deadline gives them a lot of breathing space over Xmas and New Year. I'll let you know the reply in due course.

I remember Mark. Difference being BT Sport can ignore you, BBC cannot.

As a dfc fan I have to admit I agree with your comments. Your coverage from BBC kent is a disgrace. Good luck with your complaints I look forward to BBC s response as to why.
