How does this work? I assume the guys from Bournemouth are still not on huge wages as they are young, but I see Wakefield tweeting that he was in digs. Who pays their salaries and digs etc, etc?

It also puts massive limitations on who you bring in. I can't see a married man with family going into digs and giving up work for a month or two to train and play for us, limits us to just kids basically, which is fine if of the needed quality like Cargill and, it appears, Wakefield, but it doesn't make life any easier if anyone over 25 is beyond us.
Well that isn't ideal either is it. Need to train with the team to function as a team rather than 11 individuals come a match day.
The transition from part-time to full-time is difficult.
