I see from Saturdays programme that the next home match V Chester will be segregated, I have been chatting to a Chester supporter about the size of there away crowds and from what he says the number of fans travelling to away matches is 300-400. Who decides what matches are segregated?

It's the police that have control over whether a game is segregated. The police carry out an intelligence report on each team and based on this and discussions with the club, the police then tell the club whether to segregate or not.
