Hi does anyone have the details of the matches played in the Capital reserve league in 1987/88 ? Welling played 9 games and maybe a couple of cup games , I am after the results and dates of the games , thanks in advance for any information

I think you will need to call Barrie Hobbins at the club. He has filing cabinets full that go back to when the club first started.

Hi just bumping this up if anyone can help ............
So far I have found the following results

Home v Barnet 17/02 1-1
Away v Wealdstone 09/05 0-5

Presidents Cup
Home v Wimbledon 1-0

I am still after the results for the games in the League against Brentford, Dagenham, Enfield, Gillingham, Orient, Wimbledon & Wycombe and the other results form the next rounds of the Presidents Cup

Thanks in advance for any help

As it states above, your best bet is to contact the club. Barry keeps records of all the games so may have that information for you

 Taken from the last home programme of the season:

Gillingham won 4-0

Barnet drew 1-1

Brentford lost 1-2

Leyton Orient lost 1-3

Wycombe Wanderers drew 1-1

Dagenham, played 5th May

Wimbledon, played either 4th or 11th May

Enfield, also stated as played 5th May!

Wealdstone, played 9th May
