So, what do people think............................... do they have a case
Would you rather have Wycombe or Bristol Rovers
Speaking personally I'd rather have Wycombe, a bit hard on them I know but I think they'll be friendlier than Bristol (and probably bring a bigger away support as well)
If it were to go ahead I would be willing to guess any outcome would be far too late for the forthcoming season.
If guilty a large fine and points deduction for next season to ensure they get relegated in 2015.
Just had a look on BR forum and their fans say player left Wycombe in 2010 so could not have affected Bristol Rovers this past season so my above comments are null and void.

Smacks of desperation and not a chance Wycombe will be relegated. Why did they not bring this up before being relegated?
If West Ham weren't relegated at the expense of Sheffield United after the Mascherano/Tevez business a few years ago there is now way this would stand up.
Am sure Barnet, Aldershot, Hereford, Grimsby, Macclesfield, Stockport and Torquay could all claim an equal or greater disadvantage in this or previous seasons.
Am also sure Bristol Rovers intention would not be to draw lots with them to see who was most disadvantaged and was entitled to the league place in Wycombe's stead!
