Well said Paul, its a massive input of money and development of an area of the club that has been neglected for some time. As long as it brings money to the club, boosts our profile, and every Welling fan has a better day out and better pint then its all good. Can't wait to see the World Cup Final in there.

Out of interest, does anyone use the Door Hinge?

Yes. There are plenty of home supporters who use it and it's heaving when there is a big away support.

You've never been in there then. Some Luton supporters named it as their favourite away pub of the season.

This is great news, the bar has long been a disappointment and like many have said, people preferred to drink in the local pubs instead. This sounds like a great idea and I'm looking forward to how it is implemented. The current space is quite small, getting 10 screens in sounds rather optimistic to me!

This sounds like a great move for me. Irrespective of the business arrangement, it can only be a good move for the club. Raising the profile of the club, freeing up time for the Hobbins to focus on other areas, potentially attracting new/bigger sponsors into the club.

Would be interesting to know the financial arrangement of this - even it was massively in Dean Lee's favour I'm sure as a club we'd still make more profit this way than we ever would as it was - and we get a fully refurbished sports bar!

Well done Paul, a fantastic achievement.

Brings the bar into the 21st century, puts the club on the map and could bring in extra fans and push us forward

Will the real ale on a matchday (or any day) survive?

Been out all day and just read the board

For years people have moaned about the bar , the club have taken a step to make changes
Dean Lee has for many years been running entertainment venues he doesnt need telling how to operate or market the new venture

As I see it the club have an agreement - Board agreed

When it opens then people can see what its all about , if you like it use it
If you dont im sure plenty of people in the area will

Dean has been good enough to support the club in the past 2 years , I suggest people do the same

In the long run the club will benefit in lots of ways
