At the back end of the season supporters both WUSA members and non WUSA members were invited to complete a questionaire. I understand that the questionnaires have been looked at and views taken on the content. I further understand that the findings have been shared with WUSA members. How about sharing the information and conclusions made with those of us who took the time to complete the survey and are not WUSA members!!!

Apologies for the delay. They were announced on Wednesday at the AGM. I had planned to put these on the forum Thursday but 2 very late nights at work meant I couldn't. They will be on this forum later this evening.

Actions, the committee will be sitting down at the next meeting to discuss ways of going forward. I think a monthly newsletter/email is a great idea to keep people informed. We also know about the new bar which will solve some problems. Prices for under 18's have been reduced and Paul is driving project 1000, a fantastic initiative to try and get the average attendance over 1000 people. Coaches I will always get costs and offer them, always happy to run them and would love to get one to every game, but they have to break even meaning that they need to be supported a bit more if fans want them to run.
Please message me or ask any questions and I will do my best to answer.

Just for clarification I am not driving target 1000
Have lots going on at the minute , I had an initial chat with Rick Everitt who ran the Charlton scheme many years back
I then had a meeting with Matt , Slippers and Young Barry put ideas forward and suggested a working committee was formed in tandem with the community guys to drive it forward
Not sure where it is at now
Vince from community scheme was at wusa agm, had a discussion about it, will need the community scheme on board to drive this forward, the next stage is to put working party together
We had 73 questionnaire's back, 51 were usable. The other 22 were either not completed with no usable data for questions, or time wasters. 70% of the 51 were WUSA members, 30% non-members

Disappointing that only 71 people responded and that 30% of the replies were either deemned to have no usable data or were regarded as time wasters.
Pleasing to see that almost a third of the views taken into account were from non WUSA members which shows that though they may not be members at the moment they could be at a later date.
I have a few points to make which I hope WUSA take in the manner in which they are offered ie constructively.
1. The questionnaire was rather lengthy and that may have been why so few were filled in on the day.
2. Some of the questions merely attracted the same response.
3. Perhaps the survey should in fact have been 2 surveys, one re WUSA and second ground improvements etc.
4. Particularly when trying to obtain views on more than one issue the use of multiple choice with 'other' as an option is a better format than free answers. Obviously a small box has to be added to take account of a response for which there was no option but it encourages those with a view not offered to express a reasoned opinion and the real plus is that it makes the analysis of the data much easier.
