Quick update on coaches instead of people trawling through the 4 sticky emails at the top
Braintree - at present sold out. Although there may be some late drop outs so if your interested let me know and I can put you on a waiting list
Bristol Rovers - Just 7 names for this, need at least 30 names so may struggle for this coach
Dover - Now at 30 names meaning if we go with current numbers it's only £20 per head. This coch will be running and every extra person we get brings the price down so book up soon!
Forest Green - At 25 names so very confident of this going ahead. If we get to 30 name it's just £21 per head, again every extra person that travels brings the price down so please speak to me about this.
I will need all deposits asap for all trips. Braintree is only £10 per head for WUSA members so would like full payment before travel, saves me carrying cash around on the day. I am at the Maidstone game this Saturday and at the Barnet game from 1.30pm next week.

Ok both forest green and dover are filling up. I know have a few names on the waiting list for Braintree so if you've not paid your deposit and ive not heard from you by next Saturday 8th November, you will lose your place. I will be at the WUSA desk or in the Wings bar from 1.30pm tomorrow.

OK so still outstanding deposits from 18 people. We urgently need these in. These need to be transferred to the WUSA account by Saturday or I will offer your place out to others. I've already spoken to a few people who have agreed to pay later but not everyone.
I don't want this to be too much of a hassle, we are doing everyone a favour by running coaches to get supporters to games, I shouldn't have to be chasing people to pay deposits.

Quick update, Braintree is now sold out again. There's a few people i've spoken to that i need money from this Saturday. Saves me carrying it around next week. If everyone turns up as planned then the cost is only £10 which most people have paid. If a few drop out then the cost will be £11. We will also be running scratchcards or a golden goal type 50/50 competition which will plug any shortfall the coach may make so please support this on the night.
Forest Green and Dover - we now have enough interest to book these coaches. These are getting paid for next week at a cost of £1,200 so we need deposits in asap please. Dover we have 15 spaces left and Forest Green 20 so let me know if you decide to go. The more people that go, the cheaper the price becomes.
Bristol Rovers - there's only 9 people who put their names down so this coach won't be running.
I will be at the ground from around 1.30pm Saturday, either at the WUSA desk or in the bar.
