The back 4 have been superb in the last 3 matches and Jamie has said if you're playing well you play. With Jefford and Fyfield both back on Saturday who goes in at left back? Bush will be back the following week and will he go straight into the middle of the defence?

For me Fyfield just edges out Jefford at left back as Jefford is coming back from an injury and would be better to name him on the bench. When Bush comes back play him up front with Penny working off him, not many centre halfs will muscle Bushy off the ball.

We were discussing this last night.

I would keep the centre halves as they are (if, and it is a big if, Jamie feels they are up to it and they don't need a rest) Fagan has been out for some time and we don't need to push him too hard - he would always start for me either at centre half or as a holding midfield type which he did so effectively at Kidderminster. Fyfield should slot in at left back and maybe we could look at putting Jefford further forward into a wide left midfield role with Healy inside.

Bush goes on the bench for me - he doesn't warrant his place back in the side after his recent antics and on the current form of his replacement(s).

Nice to have decisions about who to leave out rather than have we got enough to put a team out?!

Fyfield is a very good attacking / over-lapping full back...so it would be good to have 2 on the left who can understand and cover for each other

Think I would stick with Fagan and Chambers in the centre and Fyfield at left back at the moment. Everyone will have a part to play and Jefford is still a terrific player, but don't think I would move Fyfield in his current form.

And well done to Joey Taylor last night. Did really well in a difficult away game.

Fyfield back in at left back is the only change I would make to the back four that started against Braintree.  I too say well done to Joey Taylor for a great performance on Tuesday night.  A tough place to make your senior debut.  It says something when Barney Williams a 19 year old is the senior player in the back four.  Huge credit to Jamie and the coaching staff for giving the youngsters the confidence to perform so well.  Credit to the development squad coaches too.

I assume that was lubricated by the Door Hinge!

Now let me see, Bush is our equal third highest league goalscorer and knows how to use his physique versus....

Time to get down the Door Hinge!
