Can anyone list the current squad including all loans in & any players we have loaned out & where they are. There were some names on the Dover (h) programme i had not heard of such has:-
ARCHIE JOHNSON, MARCUS KEMPTON, LOUIS BIRCH, CHARLIE PLUMMER (I guess they were youth team players)
Thet are members of the Reserve/U21 side (i think Birch is the captain) and were on the bench for the Ebbsfleet replay. Their profiles are not on the Reserve team section of the Official website as it has not been updated this season.

not updated...? there's a surprise. I posted an earlier thread bemoaning the lack of information given to supporters on the website but general apathy seemed to follow. I find it amazing that today, I enter the club's website to be enticed by ticker tape leaders under the banner, "Don't miss...", "Forest Green away fans ticketing", "Forest Green away coach", and "Home to Dover on New Years Day", all past and gone invites, items that are now tomorrows fish and chip wrappers! A feature on the three young lads thrown in at the deep end would surely be of interest to home supporters? Perhaps the Webmaster is too busy, whilst I know nothing about administering websites if he needs some assistance in pushing the 'delete' key, just let me know!
I share your frustration about the website but with Welling they just don't have someone full time to do this (I think). I'm not even sure who does do it now but I realise you have to edit pages, upload, check etc. not a five minute job.
I like the idea of a bit more focus on young players. Perhaps ideas can be sent in for the website?

Archie Johnson has been on the bench a few times and would have had a league substitute appearance had the fourth official known how to work the board. He is a 16 year old winger,
Marcus Kempton is a wide midfield player, I believe
Louis Birch is a central midfield player.
Charlie Plummer is a centre half and captain of the reserves/development squad.

The reserves have their own admin log in on the official website to update things, last year they sent pictures and profiles, this year nothing, they also upload their own match reports etc. The reason being that there is very little info on line for the league that they play in so they are the only ones that know all the info.
