I was a no show but there is no need to invoice me I shall pay my way. The only issue I would take is the use of the word "shameful", i did not go for family reasons that I do not consider to be shameful and I let it be know before hand. __________________ In three words I can sum up everything i've learnt in life; it goes on.

If not, they should be barred from any future coach trip. Maybe not barred, but have to pay full amount upfront in future. We don't want to turn away business or support, do we?
