Ditto. I really enjoyed the video. Thought they all came across well. It showed what time and effort go's into managing the the team. It made me appreciate how hard it must be being so new to management. How they are having to learn so much so quickly. You can tell its a big thing and means a lot to all of them. I'm sure they will only get more confident as time go's on.
