Question....does anyone really think this will be a sell out?

I want to turn up on the day and pay on gate....is this risky?

I cant imagine being a sell out

If we get a bit of publicity and some posters up round local businesses I think it could be a decent crowd, more than some have suggested, but I really can't see a sell out. Mind you there's absolutely no science or expertise behind my opinion so you can safely ignore it. I remember thinking there would be about 1000 for a certain second round replay against Bath

Sell out. 99.9999% sure it wont sell out. I still reckon we could hit 2000, 2500 with a bit of publicity considering no clubs around our area are in action on that Sunday OR Saturday even. Need to be making a big push for the game. I will be buying a ticket prior to the game, because it means jumping the queues which, may be a bit longer than normal on that Sunday.

Mark, have a look at the "Carlisle@home" thread here, page 3 contains much of the general view. I asked a very similar question.

Details now on website: www.wellingunited.com/wp/fa-cup-ticket-details-vs-carlisle/

Disappointed to see we've gone back to charging £3 for under 12s. I feel it would have been a good advert for the club keeping the kids go free offer.
No complaints about the rest of the pricing though.

Also you'll notice at the top of the article regarding the ticket pricing, at the time of making this post, it has already been shared on Facebook 128 times!

Can supporters please share the article on the FA cup tickets via Facebook, Twitter and other social media as this is free publicity for the club.

Hopefully Paul will have some posters and flyers in the club shop tomorrow. It would be great if as many supporters as possible could take some of these to put out in their local area.

I see students are once again having to pay an extra 50% than normal

According to their Twitter, Carlisle have already sold 205 tickets, with the tickets going on general sale at their home game on Saturday.

Meanwhile we've virtually sold out the Grandstand, and sold out the Eric Brackstone Suite, although speak to Paul as there may be sponsorship opportunities left.

So hopefully with a local leafleting push, we'll be able to get a 1,500-2,000+ attendance.
