I think most regulars know my opinion.

However, genuinely interested to hear others opinions, positive and negative, as to what the delay is with making the right decision?

Poor results, poor performances, and a lack of players out foremost, and in (Lee the exception, but as a loan turned into a signing hardly qualifies as a new player).

What's the delay with sacking them?

After today's postponement I am of the firm belief it will not now happen. If you didnt make a change after Saturday and there is no new evidence to add, why do it now? And regardless of result on Saturday, by then, I reckon too much of this window will have passed unless a new encumbent starts 10 minutes after they leave.

Sadly I think we are stuck with them. The question may well become 'Are they stuck with us?'

I fear you are right, and if that is the case, I will be furious.

A lack of viable alternative, having not tried to seek one, should not keep an incompetent in a job. If someone isn't up to it, they go, simple. Player, manager, whatever.

For all the praise of the clubs well worked events regarding Carlisle, the real point of a football club is to win football matches and offer good football, and for all those points of praise, when it really matters, when the sh*t hits the fan, we fall short again and again.

If it is a financial decision preventing the right decision, that in itself is also a joke.

When is enough enough? It appears we have learnt nothing, nor are willing to try and learn anything.

If I do not hear news of managerial changes, KSA Tash and Kabba leaving, and the re-signing of Lee sees Vidal reduced back to the bench, I would question the sanity of anyone in a controlling position at Welling United.

Leave it past tomorrow and we Havant a chance.

Can't see it being on. However i won't be going till there's a change. Will put the money aside so if there is a change i'm happy to

give to BTB.

I think I'll give the next home game a miss as well, unless there are changes, I'd rather stay in The Hinge than watch another dismal performance.

 I disagree.

I would have thought that the postponement yesterday makes a change easier rather than harder. Yes we would like a Trophy run (and the cash that goes with it) but trying to survive at this level is of far greater importance. The Trophy game could also easily be a victim of the weather but, either way, it is ten days (and potentially five training sessions) until the next league game at home to Barrow. That would give any new management team a chance to assess what they have and (hopefully) to bed in a couple of new faces along the way.

I do agree that if we don't get any word during this week then I fear we are lumbered with TTA for the rest of the season.

Spot on......has to happen this week....use the Trophy game to in essence look at the team by the new management and try to get something together for Barrow which is another of those games we have to get something from

Well IF there is a change.... i hope people will band together and help the new team with BTB.......?

The odd £1..£10 all goes towards the funds and hopefully we can make a fight of it ......

Well since the last game/debacle we've signed a player on a permanent contract. Perhaps this is a sign in the club's faith in the current management team.

still no real signings because Lee was part of the regular team-and with him playing we still struggled to win games and score goals(I think he is a great player and pleased he has signed permanently)so no securing a striker will be our downfall-it seems to be the owners either dont have the money to make a change or are complacent about National League status and may favour dropping down a division, logistically it may suit their aspirations. However its not our aspirations as we want Welling to stay in the National League-who will be the manager when we are relegated?

I remember when people were happy to rest people away to Guiseley as we were eight points clear of the drop and the cup money was important. How naive we were. And by we, I mean our management trio. Although that said without the cup money, God knows we're we'd be. Administration I expect without a bail out.

If it's down to the Hobbins history would suggest that they would appoint another under 35 manager, with little to no managerial experience. He would likely be appointed too late when all of our rivals have already got good players signed up. And he'd need to build a squad from nothing as I predict that every single player will leave. The chances of finding another Day, with good coaches like Frost and Ashby, are slim to none.

Good coaches that pissed off expecting a huge wage, got sacked a year ago and nobody snapped up.

There would be one that didn't leave.... because we still wouldn't be in the Ryman.

Even Charlton's interim boss has been sacked after 2 wins in 14.
