It is still possible we may come up short but the corpse at least is twitching on today's evidence. A fortnight ago embalming was already in progress....
A great result in my book given what's happened during the past few weeks. A long way to go but some positives from today to carry forward to Braintree on Tuesday (if it happens) and the rest of the season. Well done to all and I am sure the 40 travellling fans return with a bit of a smile on their chilled faces! Well done to all. Sounds like goal of the month is sorted with just 3 to choose from, looking forward to seeing it. COYW
Fantastic result and we'll done to the lads.Hope we get that goalscorer on Monday. Even if it's too late we will have the right people to stop us sinking further.Well done Frosty!
Sounds like it was a much improved performance. Hopefully the start of us getting back up the table.
Well done lads.
Apologies for the delay in posting but we had a new potential supporter born this morning at 5:22AM. Boy, 7lbs, 13ozs.
Been a manic few days, hence why there were a couple of 'incoherent' posts made in the week mainly due to sleep deprivation However in the end two good results at the weekend.

Congratulations. Have you booked him in for a mascot appearance yet? Bartley would make a good first name!
Well it's a bit gutting Loui and co are gone as I was hoping they could have signed him, as he's already proven himself to be a better dribbler than KSA (Boom boom.......)
Good performance, best we've played for a long time, just simply lacking quality up front. Kabba put in a shift but the wrong type of balls were coming his way. Fantastic goal from Daniel and a well deserved point against a poor team in good form in tricky conditions (it was bloody freezing!).
Great passion after the goal and at the end, getting the fans back on side. Great to see the spirit and fight back, let's give it a good go for the rest of the season!
Secondly a positive result and performance against a team, lest we forget, that have not lost for 10 games. When I heard about the early substitution and then going 1 down early in the second half I feared the worst but credit to the lads for digging in and fighting back. I think Daniel is going to be one of those players that goes from the sublime to the ridiculous but he definitely has something about him - one assist and one goal from his first two league games is a pretty good return compared to his fellow forwards.
An interesting starting XI and it is clear the new management are already putting their own stamp on things. Hopefully a few more tweaks to the squad in the coming days and we still have a chance of getting out of trouble.
Tomorrow will be very tough on what will probably be a cabbage patch against a side that gives little or nothing away - we will need to battle again and hopefully we will get a decent turnout over in Essex to cheer the lads on
