Anyone thinking of going to the Altrincham game on Saturday or the Wrexham game on the 20th Feb might be interested to know that tickets for the game are available to buy in advance via the main website.
It would give Frosty a last minute financial boost prior to the transfer window closing tomorrow, and may mean the difference between signing someone or not. Just as an example, if 100 supporters bought their tickets for Altrincham and Wrexham online either tonight or tomorrow, that would give the club an extra £3000 to spend before the transfer window closes.
You can purchase the tickets by going to the matchday tickets section on the main website and following the instructions at the bottom of the page:

With eight homes games left, the Wings Six Picks offer is a pretty good deal as well. Although to my knowledge these still have to be purchased from the club office. Barry did mention in one of the programme notes (Either Carlisle or Southport) that the six picks picks could be bought online but I can't find a link anywhere. If we have just a dozen people go down the ground tomorrow and buy a six picks booklet each, that would give the club an extra £900 to spend before the window closes. Worst case scenario, the money can be used to bring in a loanee after the window closes but before the Altrincham game.
On Android I can't select a ticket type so therefore doesn't work. Also nice idea for cup games etc, but can't imagine many will want to cough up about £1.50 in booking fees when you will no issue paying on the gate.

Part of ticketsource. Club can choose whether the customer pays, they pay or split it. Why I think it will only work for cup games or big pre season friendlies, to save yourself having to go to the club to get tickets
Yeah a bit steep. Didn't see the full fees. £1.35 if you buy one ticket and £2.25 if you get two. It would work out at £5 if they sold the WingsSixPicks tickets online.
The reason I mentioned buying the tickets online is it would help the club having the money today prior to the window closing. There isn't time to give to BTB and WUSA to ballot members to release further funds prior to the window closing. So if you want to give the club a last minute financial boost of £15/30 by buying tickets online you just have to hold your nose and give a couple of quid to ticket source. As SG has said, other than scenarios like this, using Ticketsource only make sense for pre-season and cup games.
As I said before, anyone who's thinking of attending at least six of the remaining home games, it's probably worth heading down to the club today to get the WingsSixPicks tickets. The stubs can be used for friends and family as well.
Obviously there's the Kit Sponsorships as well which the lads would appreciate, as well as the Match/Matchball/Programme Sponsorships.
I know it's a bit sad promoting all this on behalf of the club but at the end of the day, the more funds the club has the better chance we have of making a decent signing, and the better our chances of staying up.
