I remember Mr Goldberg mentioned in a post-match interview he would resign and hire someone else if the results don't start improving. How long until action would be taken otherwise it'll be a repeat of last season - too late to escape.

Met him today and struck me as a decent fella.
I think the whole quandary welling are currently in is due to not only the constant change in playing staff, but the fact we don't have an individual who's sole purpose is on the team.
Thought today's family event was a great success and hats off to all concerned.
Took my whole family, along with a couple of my sons mates, who thouroughly enjoyed it.

You have took on a mountainous task of turning welling around mr Goldberg, but you cannot do it single handed.
Get a proven manager in to lighten the burden.

I appreciate the sense of satisfaction it must have to lead a team to promotion, but in this instance do it as chairman rather than manager. It will be your achievement as much as the managers.

You cannot keep bringing in players ad hoc to try and plug holes.

There is so much work to do behind the scenes with commercial, etc.
This is where you should concentrate your efforts.

I would hate for this to continue and you be on the receiving end of toxic supporter vitriol.
This you do not deserve.

Tony.

Instead of coming on here and asking? Why don't you ask him yourself?

I agree with you Tony. MG had done wonders off the pitch in improving the bar, the fun day etc. I have no doubt that commercially this club will shortly be much better off than it has in years.

However, it's clear that results are not good enough. If we can't get a result next Saturday then MG has a decision to make.

No disrespect hoof it but I think the last thing mg needs to worry about is diffent roles in achieving promotion. Maybe next season from the Ryman?

You judge a manager by the players that have been brought in. He has failed in this department. That said I do not believe Jose Mourinho could get this side winning, so what good would changing the manager be?

Just think of the comments on here when Faz, Brown and Frost were managing the underperforming team. We've been very restrained and given MG time to get his team working on the pitch. We may have questioned the departure of some players, like Corne, but we've given MG the benifit of the doubt, assuming he knew what he was doing.

However I think it's now time to say enough is enough, if he cannot get the team to perform, then get someone in who can.

We'll now be viewed as easy meat for 3 points by the rest of the league!

If he just dropped Nelson, that would stop half the goals conceded in one go.

You judge a manager by results. That's pretty much the be all and end all.

if we apply you,re logic, Leicester should never have come close last season
