Wow, was not expecting this result today given our season so far! So happy, not only to get the first win but the manner in which we have done it, smashing five in and keeping a clean sheet.
Let's hope this really kicks off our season and gives the squad some much needed confidence and belief. Come on you Wings!!!
If you look at my predicted score in Fantasy Wings you would know that I felt we would "ave it" today! & yes we did ...lucky shirt as well as i wore vs Gateshead away last season + Max my dog!
Ha ha ......yes!!!!
We are Wings!

A superb performance today from the lads. You have to beat what's in front of you and Concord were very poor. However, we created loads of chances, took our chances well and worked our socks off.
Just shows that if you give the strikers the service we need they will score goals.
Credit to all the players today, however Ali Fusieni for me was top class. Nothing fancy, he can win the ball and pick out a simple ball to a teammate or put a player through on goal. Very impressed with him today.
Hopefully we can take that result on to Tuesday against D******d.

Let's not get too carried away. We beat a very poor Concord Rangers team today. However we beat them very convincingly. Also it looks like we can score goals now providing we get the right players on the field. Overall it was better. Let's hope the players realise what Tuesday's game means to the supporters. Win and they will be heroes. Lose it's back to square one IMO. But very well done today.

Effing get in there! Well done lads. Please, an exceptionally pretty please, could we give Dartford an extremely hard game - we owe them one or several hundred.
0-5 at Witton in 1994. This one should have been more as it was 0-5 at half time after their manager had said in the prelims we were the worst side he had seen in the Conference. By 1730 that evening he had resigned!
