I dont care if you are the manager, first team coach, fitness guru, player, or chief cook and bottle washer. If you are not up to this level of Football, please put your paw in the air, step aside and allow in someone else who is.

I said at the start of this season that I would be happy to maintain a mid table position for the next two or three years, as we need to build an infrastructure that would financially allow us to move up to the National, and stay there. However if we carry on as we are we will be lucky next season to be a mid table club in the Ryman Premier.

What I witnessed in the last thirty minutes of todays game was more excrement than Crossness pumps in a year, and to lose as we did to that shower of ****e was quite simply an embarrassment.

Changes need to be made and they need to be made now.

Can I just point out that Crossness accepts excrement, cleans it up and pumps out cleaner water into the Thames, but I'm not sure even we could handle the amount of sh**e we saw in the last 30 mins on Saturday
