The open meeting was sought and organised by WUSA officers. Supporters who are not WUSA members had the opportunity to attend the meeting and take their own notes. A WUSA officer went to the time and trouble to record and publish minutes so that WUSA members who could not attend the meeting could see what transpired.
Consequently, I believe that the minutes should be available on the WUSA site only. If non WUSA members want to see the minutes they should pay the £10 subscription and apply to join, or, if they have an aversion to joining an organisation which promotes the common weal, they should send the £10 to WUSA with a request that the money be donated to Boost the Budget.
Otherwise it should be up to Mark Goldberg and the Board as to whether there should be a more widespread distribution which could risk some confidential information and remarks falling into tne hands of mischief makers or intelligence gatherers from other clubs.
Well you wasn't there so why don't you pay £10 for them and it wasn't a WUSA meeting it was a open supporters meeting. Therefore they should be available to all. You'll be pleased to know he did answer your question, whether you like the answer or not is a different matter.
I explained why I could not be there - and there are a number of WUSA members who had other engagements which could not be cancelled. I am not bothered by MGs answer, presumably to the issue put to a show of hands at the meeting. It just means that I will be spending less on a season ticket, if, indeed, I buy one rather than attending individual matches.

If it was an open meeting how do you know that supporters of other clubs weren't there anyway, and if non WUSA people took their own notes how do you know that they haven't been passed on to non Welling supporters.
Due to other commitments I couldn't make this meeting but as a supporter since 1985 I'd like to know what is happening
I too have emailed for a copy. Regular home supporter with my son and unable to attend evening meeting due to work. I totally disagree with the earlier post. It has no substance. It was an open meeting and anyone could have attended and if they made their own notes, what is stopping them sending them on to whoever they want. Just because some people have not paid £10 to be a WUSA member does not make them any less important as a supporter. I pay money into the club by attending virtually every home game, buying programmes, have previously had my son as mascot. Think any supporter is entitled to know what is going on.
Thank you Dean for making a sensible decision.

I agree. I responded to Polo's request as to how he should handle distribution of the minutes. If you read my original post you will see that I thought that wider distribution should be a decision made by MG and the Board as the information and some of the replies could have been construed as sensitive and/or confidential if a way could not be found to ensure that the information ended up in the hands of our supporters - not those of other clubs. On reflection, my earlier response was insensitive and cackhanded.
I requested the minutes late last night and still have no received them, my email is officialryan_99@outlook.com if you could send them their then I would greatly appreciate it.
I don't know what people are worried about. There's hardly any, if any at all, commercially sensitive statements made. I actually found MG's quite frank admissions of mistakes made very refreshing. I wish other owners were so open with their fans. Was hoping to hear that the new ground plans were a bit more advanced, but hey-ho. Overall looks like a successful meeting, and long may they continue.
