Along with plenty of others I have had a good moan about recent performances and what I felt was false talk of changes etc...etc...
Well now we have three new players (well two old boys and one new player), some experience and some much needed characters at the back and a talented forward player.
Now we need to do our bit and support the players on the pitch on Saturday.
I've been sitting wondering what to comment. if at all! Well I'd really like to be positive about the latest signings but just don't feel it,even though I know two of the players have done well for us in the past. This seasons merry go round of players in and out and the utter utter shambles that is the playing side of the club has knocked all positivity out of me. I feel that the new signings will be put into a totally inept team lacking any structure,tactics,desire,teamwork,will to win etc etc etc. I wish the new players well and hope the team does buck up but fear that this is just another attempt to try to polish the turd. Sorry! but that's how I feel at the moment. I will be there on Saturday hoping to be proved wrong. COYW
I understand what you are saying riverstone, but at least these are 3 signings that have a bit of something about them...two cemtre halves both big and strong and play with the right attitude and a striker who as we've seen before is a talented goal scorer.
Imagine we had signed 3 unknowns!!! Then i really would worry, but i see this as as positive for now and at last a tiny step in the right direction.
