.....we just about scraped another season in Conf South.....now it is legitimate to talk personel.....I havenr seen many games but I listen and watch the highlights ...so questions
1. Is Dyer the man?....Interviews seem a little wooly BUT it isnt his team...should we give him a go?
2. Players...general concensus is that we keep ?..Lewington...Waldren....Fish....Cathelin as he is on contract....is that it?....barring one or two more it is a major rebuild...Is Dyer the man to do that...does he have the contacts?
We cannot afford another slow start or another debacle like this year
New manager whoever it is should be allowed to bring his own staff and players without interference from anyone would be good start.

Cathline already on contract for 2017/18.
I'd agree with the views on which players to keep, if we can, but I'd also like to see a prompt announcement that Dyer was staying for next season. That would send out the right messages and give him a chance to build his own squad, just like Faz did!!!
Lewington....Hayles.....Waldren.....Fish and Brown for me please.....Dyer Manager....Waldren Asst Player Manager.....Dyer to use his 35 years of footballing experience to not only source perm players but pull in a smattering of high quality loanees throughout the season.....happy days
