Probably players who will never make it as a professional, the winners of that match were awarded £1000 more than the runner up. I know it's not much, but it's still a lot of money. Poor show.
I'd like to hope our selection processes for acquiring players improves to the point where that type of attitude is not permitted to sully our door again...

young lads were all there, so who could it have been?
Can only think of the loanees unless it was one of the subs? Loanees in a different position contractually perhaps in which case any criticism sounds unfair.

To be fair it's his livelihood if he got injured knowing he almost certainly won't be with us next season. Leaves a sour taste if true but is perhaps understandable in the circumstances.
Seems irrelevant really. This attitude appears to have been going on all season. They're only rumours but we've all heard about the no shows for training, lateness players calling late to drop out of games etc etc. Alex Dyer mentioned in his interview about a more professional attitude was needed next season. He's only been about the club a few weeks yet it was obvious to him.

Could start by actually doing some behind the scenes investigations before signing them on their general commitment level.
