So from what he was saying, the players worked hard enough (!!!!!), but things just didn't go our way.

My view remains that we are just not good enough.

we are not scoring goals but are very suspect at the back.

i just hope Truro don't come along fired up next week

The manager needed to front that! Not Hugo as nice a chap as he is, he chats waffle, that performance needed the manager to show a bit of leadership.

I would hope that 10 minutes after that particular game that the manager was ripping into the players rather than sharing his thoughts with Wings TV...

I have always found Hugo's interviews very bland and I was clearly watching a different game to him as well on Saturday.

The manager came out to front it but Tom didn't have his camera ready so he went to have a shower. Hugo then came out, presumably so that Tom, me and the BBC Radio Kent man did not have to hang around.

If Hugo thinks that rubbish performance was anyway acceptable he must be living on another planet or failing that under orders to be positive.

Few performances of note with Parkinson, a shadow of his once self, one of the worst. Not sure how he keeps his place over Gayle but don't think his mate the boss will ever leave him out.
