Just watched interview at training and sad to see Hugo Langton has been let go, thank you for all the work you have done. Also Sean Francis and Christian Nanetti have been made available for loan.
Welcome back Anthony Achepong from Dulwich and Harley Willard from Maidstone.

Sad to see Hugo go but welcoming the more managerial take for Coyle. Nice to see Acheampong back, time to bring that old chant back?! Personally we should've tried to capture Beautyman or bring back Corne. Both gave 110% in a Wings shirt.

Are you mad? Sutton paid a fee for Beautyman and i bet he's near £1000 a week there if not over it!

I agree with you about Corne and Barney Williams too why on earth would Beautyman join us over Sutton?Another former Wing who may be available is Dom Vose who is currently warming the bench at Bromley.
Anyway, sad to see Hugo leave his interviews were quite funny but maybe too many cooks were spoiling the brough management wise.

I thought the interview was encouraging, although Jamie looked a bit fed up. Its was as if some of the comments on here had been taken on board, more training, cut management team, get the manager managing etc. Sad to see Hugo and others depart and I wish them all well. Pleased to see AA back in a wings shirt.
Overall I think it shows some grit and determination by Mark G not to let things drift along as they might have done before.
now we need to put Eastbourne to the sword tomorrow.

I thought that too, maybe the new plan is to blame the fans when/if it goes tits up! Lol.
I'm pleased with the changes and doubt JC is basing them on opinion. Just pretty obvious really along with the budget back to previous limit. Shame to see Gayle go but the right back position is covered with Driver and Dymond. If Nanetti could get coached on his delivery then I'd like to have him back. Acheampong back is a real plus.
An extra training session sounds good and hopefully we'll end up starting games stronger.
Sad to see Hugo go!!! No chance eating up budget not doing too much and probably the least expressive in the technical area I have seen for a while. Doesn't know how to change tactics during a game and for me well out of his depth. Look forward to Coyle having more of an impact from the sideline.

Willard spent two months on loan at Eastbourne this season so should gives us a valuable insight into their strengths and weaknesses tomorrow.
I can't say that I am too upset about any of the departures but, in my humble opinion, the biggest issue is (and always has been this season) the goalkeeping situation and that hasn't gone away (yet)

I have to agree the goalkeeper situation has been ridiculous, no sooner has one arrived than he leaves. Its not given the back four any confidence that there is a secure backup behind them, and none of the keepers, that I can recall, have been in vocal and in command of their box.
But with the budget as it apparently is I guess nothing will change!

What's the budget then? We had a goalkeeper and he walked out after one week of the season. Welling cannot pay fees or a grand a week. I reckon that 50% of the clubs in this league are using on-loan keepers.
