I see on their forum they did some drainage updates to their pitch after Tuesday night's postponement.
It could help but I see rain is forecast overnight for many hours. I'm guessing any pitch inspection will be after many of us have left tomorrow morning!
It has been largely dry I believe since their latest postponement on Tuesday and with the work they have apparently done between then and now so, fingers crossed, it will be ok.
If you play your home games in what appears to be the local park then I suppose postponements may well occur more frequently....
Your right Gary, it seems the drainage work has improved it but they are concerned about how much rain they will get tonight & in the morning. Looking at the BBC app f/cast it's forever chopping and changing its mind. I went on their forum earlier & asked what time a pitch inspection is due tomorrow, this was there reply...
Hello bud I would expect the pitch inspection would be about 9am tomorrow as I guess you guys would have to leave about 10am ish.
