Looks like Gillingham will be fielding most of its first team players this evening because manager, Steve Lovell, is not satisfied with recent performances.
A couple of Gillingham fans in the shop were not impresed with the selection as they had been told first team would be playing. Didnt see much of the game but from the snippets I saw I was not unimpressed.
Decent performance from us I thought...moved the ball around well and were threatening..they had Billy Whizz up front who made the difference...good performance and good minutes in legs for JP etc
L'Ghoul's performance was outstanding....but my cynical head was saying it was cos he was on show for Gills.,...time will tell !!

"Time will tell", and that time will have to be in the January transfer window and, even then, we will not be a pushover under Steve King who will no doubt insist on a reasonable fee. And if he does go then, you can bet that Steve has either an equivalent or better replacement lined up.
