Have I missed something here or has he disappeared...??
He has been "almost fit" for a few weeks now it seems but come Saturday afternoon there is no sign of him doing any training or taking part in any of the pre/post match programmes. I haven't heard the latest post match interview but questions on him seem to have dried up a bit..??
If he has gone or, more likely signed a pre contract for next season elsewhere and his now employers don't want him to risk further injury, shouldn't we at least be told..??
A player like him, fit and ready to go, would be a massive asset for the last two months of the season......

His progress has been slower than expected but he has stepped up the pace in training. Hopefully he will be available next week but not worth risking. We need him for the playoffs, having said that with injuries and now suspensions we are really struggling for numbers over next couple of games.
scares the hell out of me that we might just win the play offs.....what then??.....How the **** are we going to afford a year in the conference national

Following Saturday's wrecking ball impact on our team, it will be a big ask of Steve King and the players to perform this miracle. If it happens it will be more by accident (backed by determination and pride from our remaining bare bones squad) than by design. I can just picture SK's post-match interview and why it may have been taken down! Poor man must have been spitting - and no word as to whether the powers that be considered the outlay of a fee to appeal Danny Mill's red card worthwhile. In ordinary circumstances, clubs with the wherewithal would be pouring money in to consolidate or improve a play-off position. Obviously the Wings do not have that luxury or even bare essentials to replace injured or suspended players, unless Steve can call in a favour of two.
True to his word, Steve King has produced an attractive, football-playing squad to reach the pre-season target of the play-offs, now he is hamstrung without a main striker and a depleted midfield. But step forward Josh Hill, striker extraordinaire I just wish I could have seen more matches recently, but hospital stays seem to account for much of my social life of late
