Would be interested in London Borough of Bexleys local plan for the area when thinking of planning permission. Of course if it were sold and planning permission given for residential being in a London Borough it could still be called in by the Mayor. Also notice the details include seeking variation with tenant regarding lease which could entail any property developer buying out VCD depending on how long their lease is.

That whole plot could be filled in with housing, there's no "over development" of the area. The ground is bordered on all sides by housing. How long have they played there? Any historical reason why VCD should be there?
