The live draw for the first round will take place on Talksport2 round about 12.45 Monday 25th November. The National teams come in at this stage. Another nice home draw would be a bonus.

Probably Hairnet, Boring Wood or Wokking away.

Not a bad draw. A chance to progress and hopefully a few quid earned unless we are stupid enough to except a heavily discounted admission price.

Industrial action on SWR during December means a possible rail replacement bus for some/all of the journey.

Before anybody books train tickets it might be worth waiting to see if coaches will be better based on the industrial action and the sheer cost of GWR via Westbury...

One delighted local fan!
My understanding of the proposed industrial action on South west trains which is affecting virtually all
of December is that they propose to run roughly 50% service midweek but have yet to anounce weekend schedule. Last time we had industrial action on the Dorchester line they ran hourly service but stopping everywhere! If i hear anything will post again but I would suggest that coach is a good idea especially as it is some distance from Yeovil Junction to the football club ground.

SWR are currently advertising an hourly service taking about 2hrs 20mins to get to Yeovil Junction. Great Western are offering tickets to Yeovil Pen Mill changing at Bath cheapest was £29+ single but system failed so could not find out return fare or times.

Your right there, its £56 return plus with the planned disruptions it'll be a nightmare on the train

With all the train issues, could be a good one for Kentish Belle or WUSA?

Hard draw, costly one for the club (Coach etc).

COYW!

We can't really grumble about a tough looking draw.

Four home draws in FA Cup and Trophy before this, the first two against pub sides in truth.

We have a shout if Yeovil are more interested in their league progress than the Trophy.

I have spoken to the right people today who have confirmed that tickets remain available for all trains as it stands; even though it is well-known that many will be cancelled within 7 days of travel as part of the strikes.

In short, it might look good but dont book it. Youll probably end up on a different train, with changes, with crowding and such. If you still want to book, be aware of the risks.

They wont be too worried about the Trophy so we can go and have a go at them. Take the game to them and hopefully they make a few changes and the players aren't switched on.
