I have been asked to post that the club will run a coach to Yeovil for the FA Trophy game on 14th December

Tickets will cost £20 per person.

To book contact Alan Heath email secretary@wellingunited.com  telephone 07584302210

Or Gary Leman email gary.leman@wellingunited.com telephone 07930900099

One or both will be at club Monday to Friday between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. or on matchday to collect money.

A minimum of 33 people are required and bookings made and cash need to be paid by 7th December.

I understand that talks have broken down this afternoon in attempts to resolve train strike on South Western Trains . Therefore the emergency timetable (which is due to be announced in the next few days for weekend travel) will happen during December, perhaps strengthening the option of travelling by coach for the Yeovil fixture.

Just a reminder if you want the coach to run you need to see Alan or Gary tomorrow. If SWR run the same service next Saturday as tomorrow trains leave Waterloo around 10 past each hour to Salisbury where you will need to change with around 20-25 wait for a Yeovil train. Returning they advertise a train at 18.15 once again change at Salisbury and at 20.15 change at Salisbury and Basingstoke. After that you need to start walking from Salisbury. Alternatives run from Paddington if you want to check.

And just to add to David's post Yeovil Junction is about 3 miles from the football club and the only realistic way of making the journey is a taxi which I would guess would take between 15 to 20 minutes.
