Having a decent size budget will attract decent players but in the long run those players have to be well coached and motivated. That's down to MG and his staff. Then its up to the players to do the business on the field. Most of us saw the spirit that the Jamie Day teams had and also the never say die attitude from last years squad. I'm not seeing that this season unfortunately.
It's not just the players that need to step up but the Manager and his coaching staff too.
We all saw what a well coached and motivated squad achieved last season.
If there isn't consistent improvement soon (particularly away from home) then the Manager should replace himself (with a decent alternative) before it's too late.
I won't be forced into deleting anything unless it's libellous or offensive.
As previously stated on Sunday, I've not edited or deleted any comments for a long time on here, certainly nothing recently so I'm not sure why you've said that.

IMO you would have been quite within your rights to have deleted previous postings on a previous thread(s), which were bordering on being libellous and certainly could have been seen as offensive. This is a forum for free speech, certainly for those that attend matches on a regular basis, but it gets a bit rich when a lot of the more extreme comments comes from those who, I understand, do not attend our matches, either home or away.

The fact remains MG is a very poor manager.
