Going by that it seems the team does not follow instructions and there is not a winning mentality. In fact when they go a goal or two down there is a defeatist attitude. The exact opposite to last season.

Not surprising, they have seen good players depart, the manager going missing, & been told further departures are needed. Not the best background to build the fighting team spirit thats needed. But at least Hugo was honest, its now just a question of if he know how to motivate.
