Surely pantomime season should end now. There is no escape or excuse for this.

I've kept very quiet on here the last couple of weeks but I'm afraid today is the final straw.

Today is appalling beyond all acceptable standards, players arguing with themselves on the way off the pitch, but worst of all is the actions of the coaching staff. After an awful half and 2 poorly conceded goals, Hugo and Osei should have been jogging into the changing room to give the players a rollicking after the reaction he was "hoping for" clearly hasn't materialised. Instead they strolled across the pitch, looking like they were talking about the christmas holidays, brexit, or who knows what else.

This is embarrassing and I'm afraid that if the the manager decides to go on holiday, then that sends out the message to the players of what clearly is acceptable. Completely unacceptable in every single way.

No negativity, just facts: Poor defending x2, no team balance, nothing going forward, no manager in dug out. Home team doing the basics and the locals are dizzy not ever being 2 up in a long time.

I do hope the Club do not advertise the Early Bird Season Ticket offer yet.

Oh and from what their supporters have said, it's their goalkeeping coach in goal.

Sounds brutal. Felt this was a 2-1 win to us. Evidently not.

Lots of comment on the coaches, but who picked the team? MG

Who is the manager? MG

Who is watching on a private live stream from Spain calling the substitutions? MG

This is not an episode of Apprentice with MG playing Lord Sugar setting Hugo & Osei a task. MG is MANAGER GONE AWOL.

What now?

Time up?

Didn't work before with MG as boss, predictably isn't working now.

All the while, the September new ground plans relegated to existing ground development dropping to certain ground sections only intended for Christmas has all gone very quiet.

Proper management now!

There wont be a private live stream as we only film at home and anyway just like the management they arent capable of doing whats needed

Coaching staff has to go tonight

Let White Socks and Dean Shulver pick the team they would do a damn site better than the current management

Get out and get out now

Couple of bits that were interesting towards the end....

The Eastbourne player running 20 yards in the 79th minute, while being 2-0 up, who was desperate to keep the ball in following an over hit corner. The player managed to keep the ball in, while our players stood and watched.

Thank you to Danny Waldren who came over and apologised at the end, however it should have been the captain, who was noticeably one of the first down the tunnel, who needs to be stepping up.

Hugo to be fair to him fronted up and spoke to some of the fans in the bar. I've nothing personal against him and even he admitted and said "I'm not a manager, it's the position we've been put in." Again, nothing personal against Hugo, but the players are clearing taking the urine out of him and the club.

It's all just typically boom and frugal Welling down the years. But from last season to this is just incalculable.

To be fair the first thing that should have changed were the coaches as despite them being in the bench for two games theyve took training all season and been there at match days

Just had another long chat with Hugo and 5 fellow Wings fans. Again, I didnt agree with everything he said, but I've got no problem with the man himself.

We actually thought the situation was like that of a supply teacher, the normal one had gone away and the players can take the pi55 all they want.

GONE ON HOLIDAY - WTF!!!!!!!!!

We all know what MG will do.

He'll use the coaches as fall guys - he's done that at least 20 times in his tenure as owner/manager, hiring and firing coaches as the "solution" to poor results.

He'll come back and say he's "made a mistake, sorry/going to get things right, new personnel in/new investors/looking for investors/ground development/learning from mistakes/ WE ARE ON A JOURNEY.....................................via Marbella"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The problem is not the coaches.

The problem is MG is an idiot and we are idiots for going along with anything he says.

Everyone thats kissed Goldbergs arse for the last couple of years and now getting their just rewards.
The man is a joker, a dreamer, a charlatan and shouldnt be anywhere near a football club.

Why would any of the players give two 5hits about anything when the clown owner/manager is on a jolly up in Tenerife with the family for Xmas?? Have you ever heard of any manager of any team, anywhere, ever pi55ing off on holiday mid season??

Wake up the lot of you and demand this muppet out of the club.

I appreciate people finally coming out and saying what needs to be said. We shouldn't of let it get to this stage in the first place, someone on here uses the term WAKE UP, well that's well and truly been done.

I still wont have Hugo trying to talk his way out of it though,he coaches them players once a week not MG, they all know who he is...so all this supply teacher nonsense and "it's what we've been put it" doesn't brush either. He probably knows them better than MG and vice versa, they all have to go, end of.

Who signs the players?

Who picks the team?

 Who are they playing for?

Nice finish by Moses. He needs to start up front next game with a big man and we need to play 442.

I dont think you need to ask me that....

But just get a f#$king manager, and stop wasting money on bulls##t plans for a ground that ain't gonna happen because the council are taking.him forma ride.

4g pitch would be a start, start making money from it and saves training facility fees, and is also a simple positive/something been done for the club.

We had Managers in Jamie Day and Steve King, one did well and wasnt given a contract so he left, the other did well and was sacked.

What kind of manager do you think will come in? An Ex Player of Bromley who will be so happy hes got the job that he will be a puppet.

A name that was suggested to me earlier was Chris Kinnear.

Well after watching that complete and utter farce, I really do have to question my sanity after getting up in the early hours to make the trip.

I will fully admit that I have backed Mark in the past, and until his proposed development of the club has been proved false, I'll continue to back his ideas in that department.

However I fail to see how he can decide to take on the managerial role, and then think its perfectly ok to go on Holiday at a critical point in the season.

Mark I know you read this board. If you wish to retain what little credibility you have left, get on a plane, call the players and tell them to cancel their plans for New Year, and then get them down to PVR on Tuesday night for a training session.

We have a bunch of talented individuals who are more than capable of being a competitive team, but today they showed that they quite simply cant be arsed. YOU brought them to the club, YOU need to sort out why they dont want to play for it.

6 changes made to the starting line up. Interesting decision by whoever picked the team. Fringe players given a chance, Im okay with that. What I cannot accept is the players coming in being worse than those they replaced. Our Captain and supposed leader seemed to forget we were in blue today and Eastbourne were in red as every pass he made went to a red shirted player. Just hope he remembers hes no longer a Bromley player and wearing the white and black or every pass will end up at a Dartford players feet. Today was dire. That bad in fact that for the first time in 7 years Im not going to a match I could attend. I have arranged to have New Years Day off work so I could go to the match but todays performance added to Boxing Days performance have finally broken me. Its time Goldberg admitted he is not up to the job and walked away. Its also obvious that Hugo and Osei command no respect from the players and most of them can go with the manager and the coaches, they are nothing but a bunch of hasbeens and never will bes.
