Is there a reason Welling United in its current form is a CIC and therefore has various advantages re: tax, debts and "community interest"? It's a rhetoric question.
Is there a reason a new company has been setup in the last 6 weeks called Welling United FC Limited, Company Number 12325160, which is 100% owned by a Mr Mark Goldberg? How does this impact on the shareholders, including WUSA and others, of the CIC company currently trading effectively as the football club? Please enlighten me Mr Goldberg.
Is there a reason a Mr Mark (Ronald) Callahan is registered as a Director of the football club? I don't know him, and have never heard his name mentioned, but he appears to have considerable business links to companies over the last 25 years, with 9 resigned directorships and 11 closed directorships, and has two differing addresses registered to himself on public listed documents. It would also appear he was registered as a Company Director of the current club under the CIC company in April 2019. I do assume this was mentioned to the other shareholders as would be courtesy, common sense, etc, people like WUSA, and therefore its members? Given he has such a key role at the club as a club Director, I assume that he has met other key members of staff, Directors, and sponsors, and comment can be shared on who he is, what his role is, etc?
