Was at Rye & Iden today to watch Eastbourne town win 2-0,anyway got talking to a welling fan who has a mobile home down that way,he goes to all Welling home matches and the close away games when possible.Was great chatting about Welling and he was impressed with a couple of our playeers including speedy winger Marc Goodwin who already turned down a 7 day letter from Lewes this season to stay with us.Looks like we might finish 3rd in county league one this season

Anway ,next season providing Eastbourne Bugger stay up [hope not so please beat them badly on Monday !!] but if they do and you fail to go up via the play offs next season we would like to invite you to come play our supporters team ont he morning of the Eastbourne fixture.We have a supporters team and would paly you ont he main pitch,a nice flat surface one of the best at our level without a doubt.Would be a 11 oe 12 KO depending on where our first team was that day and how far we needed to travel to that match etc. Not sure if the supporters team guys come on this message board but anyway it would be fun,
