We started the first half very well with some really good short passing and movement. Had three or four decent chances before the penalty miss and we seemed to lose our way after that until midway through the second half. Did recover though and finished stronger despite the miss and going one down. Good point.
It says a lot about the current spirit that we are disappointed with only a point, away from home, against a side in the top third. Think back a few weeks, wed have expected a heavy defeat! Very well done to the team and management.
Railway Bell is a bit rubbish for anyone thinking of popping in.
Making for the Worlds End as we speak!
Think thats utter bullocks to be fair. Always busy and a good range in there and frequented by wings fans.
But did you go in last night? If the answer is no, then you cant comment about the quality of the beer I tried. They put Twickenham through a bloody sparkler.

We were in the Jolly Cooper's and they had a couple of well kept beers from Dorset Brewing Company, one of which was new to me.
H&R's Twitter page reported that our makeshift kit was the result of a theft beforehand.
Fake news comes to Welling. Our lads had to have blue shirt, Red shorts and White socks to avoid a kit clash with H&R.
I have just checked and the kit van was not broken into.
The blue shirts and red shorts both had Welling badges on so I don't know what theft was supposed to have happened. The kit was a bit late turning up due to a problem with the transport that had to be repaired.
